Please be aware that in order to ensure that your pet always receives the most appropriate care and treatment, every prescription request is assessed by one of our vets. On occasion we may ask to see your pet for examination or repeat  blood tests before further medications can be dispensed, in which case one of the team will contact you to make the appropriate arrangements.
