I came to the UK in 2001 from South Africa, bringing a different perspective of animal care from my early experiences there. Since graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in 2010, I have worked in general practice, completing an additional professional qualification in Internal Medicine in 2015.  Alongside this particular area of interest, I also enjoy ultrasonography, dentistry and general surgery.

For me, the best part of the Sandhole ethos is the comprehensive and inclusive care we provide - sharing options with clients and deciding together on the best treatment plans for each individual pet.

Outside work I enjoy working on my fitness and going on countryside walks with my Border Terrier cross Olive. I also have a cat called Peaches, who I re-homed via the charity RAIN shortly after arriving in the UK.
