I have visited Sandhole regularly as a client ever since bringing my puppy home in January 2016. I'd already heard that the care given by the whole team is outstanding, and I've certainly seen it for myself over the years. Whether it's the warm and sensible way routine preventative treatments and advice are discussed, or the practical skills shared through the amazing puppy and life skills classes as my dog has grown, the Sandhole team could not have been more helpful and friendly. I've really appreciated the way the customer care team at the front desk, the nurses and vets all make Alfie and I feel as though we were the only ones in the practice that day; giving  amazing care!

With such a love for the practice, obviously when the opportunity arose to join the team in the summer of 2019 I applied straight away! I was delighted to be appointed head of the wonderful customer care team as I truly believe in the four core Sandhole values of time, respect, experience and care - I strive to live these every day.

When I’m not at the practice I love to go running with Alfie and spend time with my wonderful family.
